Maren and Michael are the brilliant talent behind Applemoon Photography, a fellow San Luis Obispo wedding photography business. Over Christmas we got to connect with them to do some laid-back family portraits with their incredibly sweet girls. In all honesty, I haven’t done that many family sessions. Not only were Maren and Michael’s family a breeze to work with, they also convinced me of the importance of capturing your family at each stage in life. Their youngest’s incredible curiosity and their oldest’s energy and laugh is going to develop over time, and they will be able to look back and remember that it was something that was always in them, part of how they were created.
