What can we expect from you?

WHAT Platform do you use?
We always are looking for the best platforms and new services are always being developed. Currently, we are using eventlive.pro to stream. Our setup includes three mirrorless cameras (two Sony A7iii and an A6400). We use a live switcher (Atem Mini Pro) and broadcast from our laptop to a custom eventlive.pro URL you can give your guests in advance of your wedding. When shooting Package 3 "All Day" I use the HD camera on the iPhone to stream directly to your wedding stream link in order to be able to move to multiple locations and not crowd you or your party when shooting getting ready, first look, or other times. At the ceremony and reception sites, the mirrorless camera multi-angle set up will be used.
WHY NOT USE FACEBOOK, youtube, or zoom?
Both Youtube and Facebook can mute, stop, or delete your live stream if they detect copyrighted material. This includes the background music your DJ plays before and after the ceremony, or during the formal dances. Zoom is a great option to avoid those issues, but it doesn't guarantee HD streaming at an affordable price yet. Eventlive.pro allows for HD streaming and use of background music since it's a private link.
We don't know if our venue has wifi or if it's reliable.
is that an issue?
As long as your venue can get a solid cell phone signal, we can stream in HD. We use our own LTE hotspot that is capable of streaming in HD if there's good coverage. If your venue doesn't have cell coverage but has internet available, we'll work with it to provide the best possible streaming. Having at least 2mb/s upload (we use speedtest.net to determine upload speeds) will allow for HD streaming. In the event there is no internet connection at your site, we can also record the live ceremony with multiple angles and then stream that recording for your virtual guests, the same day, within a few hours of your ceremony time.
