FAQS
What equipment do you use?
For photo, I use Nikon gear and a Contax 645 film camera (I love film!). For video Adam uses Sony gear.
do we need a sceond Lead photographer?
If your guest list is less than 100 and you don't need me to be in two places at once (usually during getting ready and family photos/cocktail hour), then I would say no. I can work with your schedule to cover everything and I'm actually more focused when I'm working solo. But, if you would like extra photos of your guests, another angle during the ceremony, and cocktail coverage during family photos, then I recommend adding one. Assistant photographers help carry bags, load film, and take additional photos. This gives you an extra angle, however, they do not work independently from us (we wouldn't have them cover something solo).
Can we print the photos wherever we like? How do we get the film?
Absolutely. You will receive your completed images via an online gallery where you can download individual images or the whole gallery with one click. The gallery is live for 9 months. You can order prints through the gallery or print them through your own lab. You can also share the images on social media. Your wedding film will be hosted on our website for 3 months and you will be able to share and download it from there. You can opt for a USB with your images/film, but note that this would add sales tax to your package.
What can we expect from you?
We really value great communication. This means we promptly respond to your emails and the emails of the other vendors you’re working with. We also give you an engagement session guide and wedding day guide, a list of vendors that are amazing, and help with creating your timeline. We’re here to make your day as easy, fun and beautiful as possible.
How many photos can we expect?
It varies by wedding, but roughly 75-100 per hour of coverage
What’s your turn around time?
For photos you can expect them within 6 weeks (often much sooner) and video within 4 months.
Do you have albums?
Yes, yes, yes! Please print your photos somewhere. You can find all the album information here .
What is your travel fee?
Bay Area & Los Angeles: $350
